Job summary

NOIR Health & Beauty SDN BHD is seeking a creative Content Manager to lead content across social platforms and digital channels in Malaysia. You will develop engaging content that strengthens brand presence, supports product awareness, and drives sales, working with Marketing, E‑Commerce, Creative and Management teams.

You will establish monthly and quarterly content strategies, manage calendars, oversee short‑form video content, and ensure consistent brand voice and visuals.

Job description

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly hands-on Content Manager to lead NOIR Health & Beauty's content direction across social media and digital platforms. The Content Manager will be responsible for developing engaging, high-quality content that strengthens NOIR's brand presence, builds audience engagement, supports product awareness, and ultimately drives sales. This role will work closely with the Marketing, E-Commerce, Creative, and Management teams to ensure all content is aligned with NOIR's brand identity and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute NOIR's monthly and quarterly content strategy and build and manage the social media content calendar
• Develop content pillars around beauty, health, wellness, products, education, lifestyle, campaigns, and brand storytelling
• Manage daily content across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and other relevant channels
• Plan and coordinate Reels, TikTok videos, Stories, posts, educational content and promotional content
• Monitor social media trends, viral content, sounds, formats and consumer behaviour
• Ensure consistent brand voice, visual direction and messaging across all platforms
• Conceptualise, write, shoot and coordinate short-form video content
• Develop creative hooks, scripts, captions, storyboards and content angles
• Work with the design/video team to produce high-quality visual and video assets
• Develop content for product launches, promotions, campaigns, events and seasonal activities

About you

• Experience in content strategy and social media management
• Ability to conceptualise, write, shoot and coordinate short-form video content
• Knowledge of social media trends, viral content, sounds and formats
• Experience with KOL, influencer and creator management
• Ability to monitor content performance and track key metrics such as views, reach, engagement, followers, watch time, CTR and conversion
• Experience maintaining consistent brand image across digital content and following brand guidelines
