CUSTOMIND LAB SDN. BHD. is seeking a dynamic content creator to base in Jalan Kerinchi, Kuala Lumpur, to plan, shoot, edit, and publish engaging videos and graphics across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

You will manage content calendars, craft compelling captions, and optimize copy for engagement and SEO, while tracking reach and follower growth. The role requires 1–3 years of proven experience in digital content creation or copywriting, hands-on video editing with CapCut, Canva,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of proven experience in digital content creation, social media management, or copywriting (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio welcome).
• Hands-on experience with video editing and design tools (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop).
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Mandarin & Malay; proficiency in additional local languages is an advantage.

Content Production: Plan, script, shoot, and edit engaging short-form and long-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube shorts), photos, and graphics.

Copywriting: Write compelling captions, headlines, website copy, and blog posts optimized for engagement and SEO.

Calendar Management: Develop and manage a monthly content calendar to ensure consistent publishing across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Community Engagement: Monitor comments and direct messages to foster audience interaction and brand loyalty.

Trend Tracking: Stay updated on pop culture, audio trends, and platform algorithm shifts to keep our brand relevant.

Performance Analysis: Track reach, engagement rates, and follower growth using platform analytics tools to optimize future content.

Experience: 1–3 years of proven experience in digital content creation, social media management, or copywriting (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome).

Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with video editing and design tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Photoshop.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin & Malay; proficiency in additional local languages is an advantage.

On-Camera Confidence: Willingness and confidence to appear on camera for video content when required.

SEO & Analytics: Basic understanding of keyword optimization and social media analytics.
