Only World Group in Penang Island is seeking a talented Content Creator to join The TOP team as a full‑time member. You will shape and execute our digital storytelling, producing compelling content that resonates with our audience and strengthens the brand.

You’ll craft written, visual and multimedia assets across social, website and email channels, collaborate with marketing, monitor performance, and stay ahead of trends to continually elevate our online presence and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a content creator or digital marketer with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create engaging content.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and platforms (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and social media management tools.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media best practices.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
• Excellent time management and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to promote The TOP across digital channels.
• Create high-quality written, visual and multimedia content aligned with brand voice.
• Collaborate with marketing to ideate, plan, and produce content supporting marketing objectives.
• Monitor and analyze content performance to inform and refine approach.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation.
