Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop social media strategies that grow brand awareness and engagement.
• Experience creating content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Strong storytelling and communication skills for compelling narratives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Basic understanding of content design and visual storytelling.
• Experience in content creation or video editing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement.
• Manage Tech Harvest Capitals social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
• Utilize storytelling techniques to create impactful narratives that connect with our target audience emotionally.
• Plan and schedule content using social media management tools.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to optimize content performance.
• Engage with followers by responding to DMs & comments to maintain a strong online presence.
• Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and objectives.
