Qualifications

About the role We are seeking a talented and creative Content Creator to join the marketing team at YP World Trading Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Kepala Batas, Penang. As a Content Creator, you will play a vital role in developing and producing engaging content across multiple platforms that resonates with our target audience and supports our overall marketing strategy. This position is fundamental to building and maintaining our brand presence in an increasingly digital marketplace.

Key responsibilities

Create original, high-quality content including written copy, graphics, videos and multimedia materials for various marketing channels and campaigns

Manage and curate content across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging

Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualise and execute creative campaigns that drive engagement and brand awareness

Research industry trends and competitor content to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

Adapt content for different platforms and formats to maximise reach and impact

Maintain brand guidelines and consistency across all content outputs

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Content Creator or similar role within marketing

Strong portfolio demonstrating creative writing and content production capabilities across multiple formats (blogs, social media, videos, graphics)

Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms

Excellent command of written and verbal English, with strong storytelling and copywriting skills

Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, CapCut and Kling AI

Experience in handling DJI Cameras/ photography equipment is an advantage

Experience with video editing and basic multimedia production

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within tight deadlines

Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas consistently

Knowledge of current social media trends and digital content consumption patterns

Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced marketing environment
