Job summary

EVERY MORNING SDN BHD is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Executive to join our Penang team. You will craft engaging content for our short-video platforms and lead influencer collaborations to boost brand presence.

You will plan, shoot and edit videos, write captions, and monitor trends to improve engagement. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus. This on-site role offers a dynamic environment in Penang.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.
Experience with TikTok and Xiaohongshu (XHS) content creation is a plus.
Ability to shoot and edit short videos independently.
Familiar with CapCut, Canva or similar editing tools.
Strong English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia a plus.
Creative, proactive and able to work independently.
Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Plan, create and manage content for TikTok and Xiaohongshu (XHS)
Take photos, shoot and edit short-form videos for social media
Develop creative content ideas based on current trends and audience interests
Write captions and copy for social media posts
Manage regular content posting and maintain a consistent posting schedule
Coordinate with influencers/KOLs for collaborations, campaigns and content deliverables
Research and identify suitable influencers/KOLs for collaboration
Monitor social media trends and content performance, and suggest improvements
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and promotional activities
Work closely with the Marketing team on content and social media activities
