• Create 3–5 short-form videos per day, with the ability to produce more when required.


• Develop creative content ideas independently based on our products and target audience.


• Follow and adapt the latest TikTok, Instagram and Facebook content trends.


• Handle the full content process - ideation, scripting, shooting and editing.


• Create different types of content including product videos, storytelling, UGC, reviews, testimonials and promotional content.


• Create content with a clear commercial and sales objective, not just for views.


• Test different content angles and improve based on performance.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of content creation experience, preferably in fashion, e-commerce or consumer products.


• Strong portfolio with proven content creation experience.


• Able to consistently produce 3–5 quality videos per day.


• Creative and able to generate ideas independently.


• Strong understanding of TikTok, Reels and short-form video content.


• Good understanding of hooks, storytelling, retention and CTAs.


• Comfortable with shooting and editing.


• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
