This full-time, on-site role involves planning content calendars, shooting and editing videos, and collaborating with Marketing to drive leads and growth.

Salary is RM2,500 to RM3,500 per month with benefits including free parking, meal allowance, and professional development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing, communication, multimedia, or related field is an advantage.
• 1–2 years of content creation or video editing experience preferred.
• Proficient in videography, editing, and content creation.
• Able to follow TikTok and social media trends quickly.

Responsibilities

• Plan content calendars and strategies for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Develop engaging content ideas, scripts, and concepts based on trends.
• Shoot and edit videos for marketing, education, promo, and branding content.
• Produce high-quality posts including short-form videos, photos, posters, and posts.
• Ensure content aligns with brand identity and marketing goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales to generate leads and sales.
• Manage postings and publish content as scheduled.

(JOB SCOPE)

• Plan content calendars and content strategies for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other digital platforms.
• Develop engaging content ideas, scripts, and concepts based on current trends.
• Shoot and edit videos for marketing, educational, promotional, and branding content.
• Produce high-quality content such as short-form videos, photos, posters, and social media posts.
• Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Research trends, competitors, and content ideas to increase engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with the Marketing & Sales team to create content that helps generate leads and increase sales.
• Manage postings and ensure content is published according to schedule.

( REQUIREMENTS)

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Content Creator, Video Editor, or in a related field.
• Proficient in videography, video editing, and content creation.
• Creative, with fresh ideas and the ability to quickly follow TikTok and social media trends.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as as part of a team.
• Able to manage multiple content projects and complete them within deadlines.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, flexible, and always willing to learn new things.
