Euro Staffs in Malaysia is seeking a Podcast & Content Operator to manage end-to-end content production on-site in Setapak. You will coordinate recordings, schedules, scripts, editors and publishing across platforms.

You’ll work with creators and clients to ensure timely delivery, maintain content libraries, and explore AI tools to optimise workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Role Overview

The Podcast & Content Operator owns the operational side of content production. This role's responsibility is to make sure an idea successfully moves from planning to recording, post-production, approval, publishing and repurposing.

You will coordinate podcast recordings, content shoots, scripts, footage, editors, publishing schedules and content libraries. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both content and operations and can keep multiple productions moving without things falling through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate podcast recordings, interviews and content shoots.
• Prepare recording schedules, run sheets, scripts, talking points and production requirements.
• Ensure cameras, microphones, lighting and recording setups are ready before shoots.
• Manage and organise raw footage after recordings.
• Maintain structured folders for footage, project files and final deliverables.
• Identify key moments from podcasts and long-form content for short-form repurposing.
• Prepare clear editing instructions and timestamps for video editors.
• Coordinate editing timelines and follow up on production progress.
• Quality-check edited content before internal or client review.
• Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Upload and schedule approved content across relevant platforms.
• Write or coordinate captions, titles, thumbnails and supporting content.
• Maintain a central content library for each brand/client.
• Track content status from planned and scripted through recorded, editing, review, approved, scheduled and published.
• Monitor basic content performance and identify content worth expanding or repurposing.
• Work closely with Account Executives to ensure client requirements are reflected in production.
• Coordinate with videographers, editors, designers and external talents when required.
• Explore AI tools and automation that improve the content production workflow.
