We are seeking a creative and passionate Content Creator to join the team. This is a full-time position based in Ipoh, Perak. As a Content Creator, you will play a vital role in developing, producing and distributing engaging content across multiple platforms to strengthen our brand presence, drive engagement and support our marketing objectives. This position is central to our content marketing strategy and will directly contribute to building our audience and enhancing our brand reputation in the marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Create, develop and produce high-quality content across various formats including written articles, social media posts, videos, graphics and multimedia materials
• Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business objectives
• Research industry trends, audience preferences and competitor strategies to inform content creation decisions
• Manage and optimise content across social media platforms to maximise reach, engagement and follower growth
• Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to ensure content supports business goals and messaging consistency
• Edit, proofread and refine content to maintain high standards of quality and brand voice
• Analyse content performance metrics and provide insights to improve future content strategies
• Stay updated on digital trends, platform algorithms and best practices in content marketing
• Manage content schedules and meet publication deadlines consistently

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Manager or similar role within marketing and communications
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing diverse content creation work across different formats and platforms
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software such as Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent design applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail
• Experience managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Knowledge of SEO principles and how they apply to content creation and digital marketing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Creative thinking with a strong eye for visual design and storytelling
• Understanding of analytics and the ability to interpret data to measure content effectiveness
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and scheduling tools
• Flexibility and willingness to experiment with new content formats and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field is preferred
