Job summary

Anvello Labs is seeking a Content & Creative Producer to transform ideas into compelling content across video, photography, design and motion. You will work with a cross-functional growth team to prototype, test, and iterate content for global markets from Malaysia.

You will develop hooks, shoot and edit across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and campaigns, while maintaining brand consistency and an organized asset library.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Multimedia Design, Film, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or related field.
• Strong portfolio showing short-form video, digital content, design or motion work.
• Strong video shooting and editing ability.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut or equivalent.
• Ability to create content for multiple platforms and languages.

Responsibilities

• Produce short-form videos, product photography, digital graphics and motion content for Anvello Labs and its portfolio.
• Turn content ideas, briefs and growth hypotheses into clear and engaging creative assets.
• Create content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, websites, e-commerce platforms and digital campaigns.
• Develop multiple hooks, openings, edits and visual variations from a single idea.
• Film product demonstrations, educational content, lifestyle content and social-native creative.
• Edit and repurpose footage from creators, influencers, customers and internal productions.
• Adapt creative assets for different platforms, audiences, languages and international markets.
• Support product launches, organic experiments, digital campaigns and e-commerce content requirements.
• Review creative performance with the team and use the findings to improve future work.
• Maintain an organised library of footage, templates and creative assets.
• Keep Anvello Labs' visual language consistent while leaving room for experimentation.
• Manage multiple projects and production timelines in a fast-moving environment.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Design, Film, Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field.
• Relevant experience in content production, video editing, creative design or social media content.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form video, digital content, design or motion work.
• Strong video shooting and editing ability.
• Good understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling and audience retention.
• Proficiency in relevant creative tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut or equivalent platforms.
• Comfortable producing with both cameras and lightweight mobile setups.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition and brand consistency.
• Able to create both polished brand content and authentic social-native content.
• Comfortable producing multiple variations instead of treating every asset as a one-off project.
• Able to work independently, respond to feedback and deliver within short timelines.
• Strong visual awareness and curiosity about emerging creative formats and technologies.
