Anvello Labs in Malaysia is seeking a Social Media & Growth Specialist to shape our organic presence and turn social media into a source of growth and market insight. You will manage platforms, develop content ideas and test different audiences and angles to drive meaningful traction.

You will have autonomy to experiment, direct access to decision-makers, and resources with international reach to turn promising ideas into real market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or related field.
• Experience in social media, content marketing or organic growth.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Familiar with platform analytics to evaluate content and audience behavior.

Responsibilities

• Manage Anvello Labs' social media platforms, publishing calendar and day-to-day presence.
• Develop content ideas, hooks and formats for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging channels.
• Test different products, audiences and angles to identify what generates traction.
• Monitor global trends and consumer conversations across priority markets.
• Write content briefs and captions in collaboration with the Content & Creative Producer.
• Publish content and manage comments and community interactions.
• Identify and coordinate creators and user-generated content partners.
• Analyze organic performance and inform testing of next steps.
• Turn audience feedback into insights for product and positioning decisions.
• Help build a repeatable organic growth system.

We are looking for a Social Media & Growth Specialist to shape our organic presence and turn social media into a source of growth and market insight.

You will manage our platforms, develop content ideas, and test different products, audiences and communication angles. The goal is not simply to gain followers. It is to understand what people care about, why they respond and which ideas deserve to grow.

Job Description:

• Manage Anvello Labs' social media platforms, publishing calendar and day-to-day presence.
• Develop content ideas, hooks, narratives and platform-specific formats for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and emerging channels.
• Test different products, audience segments, value propositions and communication angles to identify what generates meaningful traction.
• Monitor global trends, consumer conversations, competitors and cultural shifts across priority markets.
• Write content briefs, captions and simple scripts in collaboration with the Content & Creative Producer.
• Publish content and manage comments, messages and community interactions.
• Identify and coordinate creators, affiliates and user-generated content partners.
• Analyse organic performance, understand why content succeeds or fails, and recommend what to test next.
• Turn audience feedback and social signals into useful insights for product, positioning and market decisions.
• Help build a repeatable organic growth system for Anvello Labs.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media or a related field.
• Relevant experience in social media, content marketing, creator marketing or organic growth.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and digital culture.
• Able to develop content ideas and recognise what makes people stop, watch and respond.
• Comfortable using platform analytics to evaluate content and audience behaviour.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Curious about consumer behaviour, trends, products and global markets.
• Comfortable working independently, making decisions and testing new ideas.
• Able to move quickly without losing attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating creators, influencers or user-generated content is an advantage.
