Job summary

Aisling Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Contact Center Representative to handle multiple customer calls in a busy environment, delivering high quality service and resolving queries at first contact where possible.

You will listen to customers, establish their needs, and offer relevant products and solutions. You will take ownership to complete necessary follow-ups and ensure compliance while striving to achieve individual performance targets.
