Aufgaben

• Acquire new business focusing on Mortgage and Salary Financing (primary focus).
• Responsible for sales fulfilment on Mortgage and Salary Financing.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities (property launches, seminars, pocket talks, payroll and product launches).
• Emphasise focus products (mortgage and salary financing) by identifying customer needs and strengthening Maybank relationships.
• Deliver strategic intents for mortgage and salary financing (target segment, portfolio rebalancing, Islamic penetration, digital and credit protection).
• Maintain strong customer relationships and close contacts with referral sources (lawyers, real estate agents, developers, valuers, payroll companies, GLcs).
• Perform to meet and exceed sales targets; adhere to compliance and Bank policy.

• To responsible for sales fulfilment on Mortgage and Salary Financing.
• To participate in all sales and marketing activities e.g. property launches, seminar selling, pocket talk, payroll and product launching.
• To emphasis on the focus products i.e. mortgage and salary financing via successfully identifying customers’ needs whilst enhancing at all times the overall relationship between Maybank and its customer.
