CHONG TEAMWORK RESOURCES SDN BHD is seeking a Site Supervisor (Construction) for full-time employment to oversee daily site activities and ensure adherence to project drawings and specifications. The role requires coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, monitoring progress, and ensuring quality and safety on site.

You will report to the Project Manager and liaise with site teams to resolve issues promptly.

Formación

• Experience in supervising construction site activities and workers.
• Knowledge of building construction, road works or drainage works is advantageous.
• Good communication and coordination skills expected.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily construction site activities and workers
• Monitor progress to ensure drawings and specs are followed
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
• Check construction quality and materials used
• Ensure compliance with site safety requirements
• Report progress and site issues to the Project Manager
