Responsibilities

• Ensure materials are available and delays are prevented.
• Conduct safety inspections and enforce safety guidelines.
• Prepare, coordinate, and write site reports and drawings.
• Inspect work by subcontractors and address defects.
• Manage daily site operations and educate site workers.
