Job summary

NE VENTURES SDN BHD is seeking a Site Safety Supervisor for a construction project in Sabah. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with OSH laws, advising management, and coordinating with authorities to maintain a safe site.

The successful candidate will hold at least a Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health, have 3 years of site safety management experience, and demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and safety reporting is required.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, leadership, and report-writing skills.
• Able to conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and safety documentation.
• Must possess at least Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health.
• At least 3 years' experience in construction site safety management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all applicable OSH laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Advise management on legal and regulatory safety requirements.
• Liaise with government authorities, clients, and consultants on safety matters.
• Identify hazards and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
