Job summary

Spritzer BHD. is hiring a Construction Supervisor to assist demolition and site preparation, load materials, and perform basic construction tasks. You will maintain work areas, operate tools safely, and support skilled workers while adhering to safety guidelines.

Applicants should have physical stamina, basic tool knowledge, good teamwork, and a willingness to learn. A valid driver’s license is a plus, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction or renovation is an asset but not required.
• Ability to perform physical labour and lift heavy objects.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Valid driver’s license is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assisting demolition and site preparation
• Load and unload materials and equipment
• Perform basic construction tasks (e.g., painting, tiling, plastering)
• Clean and maintain work areas
• Operate hand and power tools safely
• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
• Support skilled workers such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
• Transport materials to and from job sites
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
