Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities at multiple project sites in Malaysia. You will ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications, coordinate with contractors, and maintain safety and quality standards on site.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or Certificate in Construction or Civil Engineering, with fresh graduates welcome. Willingness to travel and work independently is required to support project progress and schedules.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Good understanding of construction site operations and safety procedures
• Able to read and understand construction drawings, plans and specifications
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Responsible, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Willing to travel to different project sites and follow schedules

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at project sites
• Ensure site works follow approved drawings, specifications and project requirements
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, workers, suppliers and other parties
• Monitor progress and ensure tasks are completed per project schedule
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain workmanship and quality standards
• Ensure workers comply with site safety requirements and procedures
• Identify and report site issues, delays, defects or safety concerns to the Project Manager
• Maintain site records, progress reports and documentation
• Coordinate materials, equipment and manpower for site activities
• Assist in resolving site-related issues for smooth project operations
• Perform other site-related duties as assigned by management
