Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in a related field and at least two years of industry experience. A strong emphasis on organization, communication, and collaboration with site teams is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in building/construction is required.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with clients, suppliers, and site teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site visits, line walks, and assist in quotations/proposals; close sales.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
• Support project planning by monitoring resources, costs, and timelines.
• Handle customer inquiries and follow up to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Build strong client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide administrative support.
