Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant construction or property development experience.
• Fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to build effective partnerships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall progress to coincide with project master schedule, ensuring timely construction progress and quality.
• Liaise with Consultant and local council for submissions and approvals.
• Track renewal approvals from Authorities and handle payment submissions.
• Monitor deposit validity expiry and collect payments from Authorities.
• Coordinate with Consultant and Contractor to obtain CCC.
• Coordinate CPC with relevant parties.
• Oversee handover to Property Management and supervise DLP defect monitoring.
• Prepare and update progress reports and management proposals.
• Ensure all project documents comply with the quality management system and SOP.
