Job summary

Gadang Group of Companies is seeking a Purchasing Executive in Kuala Lumpur. You will manage daily purchasing activities, source suppliers, negotiate deals, and handle POs and invoices while ensuring ISO compliance.

Requirements include 1-2 years in purchasing (construction preferred), ERP & MS Office knowledge, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to read/write Chinese for liaising with China suppliers. Diploma/degree in SCM or related field; fresh graduates encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of purchasing/procurement experience (construction preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
• Familiar with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to read & write Chinese (to liaise with China suppliers).
• Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest are welcome to apply.
