This role coordinates with project and contract teams on purchases, sources quotations, and manages purchasing operations including PO preparation, quotation comparisons, aging reports, and invoice verification.

The ideal candidate possesses at least a Diploma/Bachelors or Post Graduate Diploma, with 1 year in a related field; fresh

Qualifications

• Possess at least Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma.
• At least 1 year working experience in the related field for this position.
• Fresh graduates or with QS background welcome to apply.
• Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage.
• Self discipline, responsible, self motivated and dynamic personality.
• Mature, honest and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project team and contract team on purchases and issue Purchase Order.
• Source quotation and prepare comparison for materials purchase.
• Prepare Monthly Aging Report.
• Sort invoices and verify Delivery Order tally with Purchase Order.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Manager.
