Job summary

Jetour Auto Malaysia seeks a Vehicle Networking Operations & Maintenance Engineer to ensure stability and reliability of connected vehicle systems and platforms. You will monitor Telematics Service Platforms, OTA, PKI, and mobile apps, and support 24/7 incident response.

You will perform routine inspections, troubleshoot issues, support OTA deployments, and document incidents and procedures. English proficiency is required; Mandarin or other languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in automotive, connected vehicle, telematics or related tech.
• Knowledge of IoV architecture, TSP, OTA, PKI, VSOC.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Alibaba Cloud).
• Understanding of IoT/M2M tech and automotive networks.
• Experience with containerised environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain connected vehicle platforms (TSP, OTA, PKI, mobile apps).
• Perform system inspections, monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Respond to incidents and support 24/7 monitoring and escalation.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to resolve issues and improve ops.
• Provide OTA deployment support and post-update monitoring.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Train after-sales teams on systems and procedures.
