Job summary

BD is a global medical technology company that focuses on improving medical discovery, diagnostics and the delivery of care. The role involves ensuring compounding procedures follow B.O.Ps, monitoring daily stock of process chemicals, and assisting the Compounding Supervisor to maintain smooth production workflows.

You will participate in churn compounding of base lattices and recovery of waste alcohol, while upholding strict housekeeping standards in the compounding areas and scrap yard.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemistry/Polymer Science/Latex Technology or related discipline.
• SPM with minimum 3 years relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compounding procedures conform to B.O.Ps.
• Responsible for daily process chemicals stock check and ensure smooth supply of process chemicals to production.
• Assist Compounding Supervisor in carrying out daily work activities.
• Responsible for all churn compounding of base lattices.
• Recover waste alcohol from dip room by processing through alcohol recovery plant.
• Maintain good housekeeping in compounding areas and scrap yard.

Assist Compounding Supervisor in carrying out daily work activities.

Responsible for all churn compounding of base lattices.

Responsible for recovering all waste alcohol penetrated from dip room by processing them through alcohol recovery plant.

Ensure good housekeeping in compounding areas and scrap yard.
