Job summary

AMCEN Lab SDN BHD is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support daily regulatory duties and keep documentation well organized. The role focuses on upholding company policies, coordinating with clients, and ensuring records are accurate for audits.

The ideal candidate will assist with compliance projects and process improvements while maintaining precise filing and reporting standards, contributing to a compliant operational environment.

Responsibilities

• 1. Support day-to-day compliance activities and ensure all required documentation is properly maintained.
• 2. Prepare, organize, and maintain compliance reports, records, and related documentation.
• 3. Assist in monitoring compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• 4. Communicate and coordinate with clients on compliance-related matters and documentation.
• 5. Liaise with internal departments and external parties to facilitate compliance-related activities when required.
• 6. Maintain accurate and systematic filing of documents for audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
• 7. Assist with compliance projects, operational activities, and process improvement initiatives.
• 8. Ensure documentation and records are complete, accurate, and up to date.
• 9. Provide administrative and operational support to the Compliance team.
• 10. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
