Job summary

Datakids ABA Therapy Clinic in Setia Tropika, Johor, invites a dedicated ABA Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis. You will provide evidence-based ABA therapy to children with autism and developmental conditions, helping them acquire essential life skills and improve social interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of direct experience with children with ASD in ABA settings.
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, and ability to document observations clearly.
• Fluent English; Malay or other local languages advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under supervision.
• Conduct 1:1 and group therapy sessions using ABA techniques.
• Record observational data on behaviour and progress.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with BCBA and therapy team on treatment planning.
