SEED Autism Services, Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Therapist to provide intensive behavioural intervention services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. You will deliver direct therapy aligned with individualized plans and participate in team learning.

The role offers on-site work with occasional work-from-home opportunities based on schedule. Applicants with a Diploma or higher in psychology or education and fluency in English are encouraged to apply; fresh graduates welcome

Qualifications

Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education or equivalent required.
Fluent in English; other languages an advantage.
Own transport and ability to drive within Klang Valley.
Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Implement direct therapy and individualized education plan as written by Program Supervisor.
Observe, facilitate and assess child's progress.
Document behaviours objectively in child's program book and organize learning materials.
Attend team meetings and educational workshops conducted in-house.
Review professional publications and engage in professional sharing sessions.
Establish and maintain care, respect and confidentiality of clients.
