Job summary

Steel Recon Industries Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking a dedicated driver to accompany and transport the Managing Director as directed, ensuring safety and on-time arrival for all assignments.

You must hold a SPM or Diploma, a valid Class D license with a clean driving record, be available on call, and be prepared for on-call weekends and public holidays; familiarity with Klang Valley is essential.

Qualifications

• Possess at least SPM or Diploma in any field.
• Possess a valid "Class D" driver’s license, clean traffic record and good driving skills.
• Able to start work early in the morning.
• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Pleasant personality.
• Medically fit with good eye sight and hearing.
• Able to handle and keep personal and confidential information.
• Familiar with Klang Valley areas.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Managing Director or any other person as instructed by the Managing Director and to ensure their safe transportation.
• Be physically and punctually present at all places as may be directed by the Managing Director, and to be on stand-by as per designated on-call schedule.
• Ensure that the assigned vehicle is well maintained in good condition, clean, and meets all safety requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Managing Director from time to time.
• Able to work long hours including weekends and public holidays and be available on call if required.
