Job summary

Vestland Resources Sdn Bhd is seeking a reliable driver based in Shah Alam to safely transport the employer and associates to and from work and events. You will keep the vehicle clean, perform routine inspections, and log travel hours. A valid license and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification.
• At least 1–3 years of related driving experience.
• Valid driving license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Safely and timely drive the employer to work, events and occasions.
• Transport employer’s family, visitors, business partners and associates as needed.
• Keep the car clean inside and out at all times.
• Carry out routine vehicle inspections to ensure good condition.
• Plan routes using climate and traffic reports to choose best times and routes.
• Utilize navigation apps for routing.
• Keep receipts for repairs and maintenance and other records.
• Maintain a travel log recording locations and work hours.
• Carry out additional assignments as directed by the employer.

Main Responsibilities

• Safely and timely drive the employer to work and back, and to occasions
• Safely drive the employer’s family, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the employer
• Ensure the car is clean at all times inside and outside
• Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that is always in good condition
• Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide best time to travel and best route to take
• Utilize navigation apps
• Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records
• Keep a travel log to record locations and work hours
• Carry out other assignments that may be given by employer

Job Requirements & Qualifications

• Possess at least SPM/ “O” Level
• At least three (1-3) years of working experience in related field
• Driving, defensive driving skills would be an advantage
• Knowledge of driving rules and regulations
• No recent driving violations
• Valid driving license
