Job summary

• Attend dispatch work when needed
• Dispatch or collect documents and parcels to or from office
• Ensure daily routine inspection of company car and maintain good running condition
• Maintain the car's cleanliness and ensure its functionality
• Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of Director, Superior, or designated persons from residences, offices, meetings, outstations, and assigned destinations
• Take the vehicle for service or repairs when needed
• Be on standby as and when required
• Perform chauffeur service and office work
• Plan route and estimate travel time
• Safekeeping of documents and parcels during transmittal
