MY NAFCO PRECISION SDN. BHD. is seeking a responsible Company Driver cum Admin to provide transportation support and assist with administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
The role covers driving duties, vehicle management, and administrative tasks, with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and urgent assignments as needed. A valid license, 2+ years of driving experience, and familiarity with local roads are essential.
We are looking for a responsible, trustworthy, and proactive Company Driver cum Admin to provide transportation support and assist with administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Driving Duties
Provide safe and timely pick-up and drop-off services for employees, visitors, and management from company houses, offices, airports, and other designated locations.
Plan efficient travel routes and ensure punctual arrival for appointments and assignments.
Comply with all traffic regulations and company driving policies, including a strict no-smoking policy in company vehicles.
Assist with ad hoc errands such as purchasing supplies, document collection, airport transfers, meal arrangements, and other business-related tasks.
Support local and outstation travel as required.
Be available for overtime, weekend work, and urgent assignments when necessary.
Vehicle Management
Maintain company vehicles in clean, safe, and roadworthy condition at all times.
Monitor and maintain vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, road tax, insurance, and maintenance records.
Coordinate vehicle servicing, inspections, maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
Administrative Support
Coordinate travel, accommodation arrangements, and transportation logistics.
Handle document filing, record keeping, data entry, and basic administrative tasks.
Oversee the upkeep and maintenance of company houses, including arranging repairs, housekeeping services, utility matters, and facility inspections.
Liaise with landlords, contractors, service providers, and utility companies regarding company houses and office facilities.
Monitor inventory and procure office, pantry, and housekeeping supplies as required.
Assist in coordinating employee accommodation arrangements and house move-ins/move-outs.
Support office operations by handling deliveries, document collection, and other administrative activities.
Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Valid driving license with a clean driving record.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a company driver, personal driver, or in a similar role.
Familiar with local roads and traffic regulations.
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and record management).
Good organization and coordination skills.
Responsible, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and overtime when required.
Experience in property, facilities, or accommodation management is an added advantage.
