Job summary

A leading news company in Petaling Jaya is looking for a professional driver. You will be responsible for ensuring timely transportation of the Director and other personnel while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. The ideal candidate should have a valid driving license, a minimum of 3 years of driving experience, and the ability to perform basic vehicle checks. Flexibility with working hours is necessary, including weekends and public holidays.

• Possess a valid driving license (Class D; Class G / E is an added advantage).
• Minimum 3 years of driving experience.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic offences.
• Physically fit, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles safely for official company duties.
• Ensure punctual transportation of the Director and staff.

• Conduct daily vehicle checks and arrange servicing.

• To drive company vehicles safely and professionally for official company duties, including chauffeuring the Director when required.
• To ensure punctual transportation of the Director, management, staff, documents, and goods as assigned.
• To maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• To ensure the company vehicle is clean, well‑maintained, and roadworthy.
• To conduct basic daily vehicle checks and arrange servicing or repairs when necessary.
• To comply with all traffic laws and company policies.
• To promptly report any accidents, vehicle defects, or traffic summonses.
• To perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Director or Management from time to time.

Job Requirements
