You will be responsible for ensuring timely transportation of the Director and other personnel while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. To drive company vehicles safely and professionally for official company duties, including chauffeuring the Director when required.
To ensure punctual transportation of the Director, management, staff, documents, and goods as assigned.
To maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
To ensure the company vehicle is clean, well‑maintained, and roadworthy.
To conduct basic daily vehicle checks and arrange servicing or repairs when necessary.
To comply with all traffic laws and company policies.
To promptly report any accidents, vehicle defects, or traffic summonses.
To perform ad‑hoc duties as assigned by the Director or Management from time to time.
Job Requirements
