Job summary

GUANGDONG INTERCITY O&M (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Transport Driver to provide safe, punctual employee shuttle services along project routes, including night and weekend shifts.

The role requires a valid Malaysian Class E Driving Licence, SPM or equivalent, and at least two years of professional driving experience. You should be comfortable using navigation tools to plan routes and communicate in Malay; basic English is required and Mandarin is preferred for interacting with

• Safety-conscious, punctual, service-oriented and discreet; honest, reliable and able to follow dispatch instructions.
• Able to communicate at work in Malay, with basic English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and punctual transport for employees to and from work according to shift schedules and designated routes.
• Transport emergency repair personnel, tools, equipment and materials promptly; keep vehicles ready for dispatch and provide transport support.
• Plan routes, monitor traffic and weather, and comply with road traffic laws and Company vehicle-management rules.
• Inspect, clean and maintain vehicles daily; report faults and follow up on servicing, insurance and road tax.
• Record trips, mileage, fuel use and related expenses; safeguard vehicle keys, documents and onboard items.
• Undertake other official transport duties as required, including shift, night, weekend and public-holiday trips; follow dispatch arrangements and maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities Requirements

Requirements

SPM or equivalent or above, with legal eligibility to work in Malaysia; hold a valid Malaysian Class E Driving Licence, with a good driving record and no major traffic violations or at-fault accidents.

At least two years of professional, company or project driving experience; employee shuttle or emergency transport experience is preferred.

Familiar with main roads along the project route; able to use navigation tools and plan routes based on traffic conditions.

Safety-conscious, punctual, service-oriented and discreet; honest, reliable and able to follow dispatch instructions.

Able to communicate at work in Malay, with basic English; Mandarin proficiency is preferred to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Physically fit for shift, night, weekend and public-holiday driving, and emergency repair transport standby duties as scheduled.
