ROSE Foundation in Malaysia seeks a Communications Executive to support the Communications Lead and Programme Director in delivering branding, messaging and outreach that amplifies ROSE's mission and Program ROSE.

You will produce press releases, social content, newsletters and reports; manage media relations, storytelling, analytics, and stakeholder communications. Collaborative cross-functionally, occasional weekend outreach may be required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in mass communications, marketing, public health, social/behavioral science, or a related field preferred.
• Interest in community work, public health, or women's health; prior experience is an advantage.
• Open, approachable personality with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing brand-aligned templates, guides and messaging frameworks.
• Create, edit and manage press releases, presentations, social media content and newsletters.
• Manage content and coordination of social media platforms, websites, and media releases.
• Support promotion of Program ROSE through storytelling, media engagement and digital outreach.
• Support monitoring and evaluation by producing data-driven communications reflecting outcomes.
• Maintain documentation of media mentions, stakeholder engagements and campaign analytics.
• Assist in reports and presentations for funders and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coherent messaging and internal communications.
• Participate in assignments as requested by CEO/Programme Director.
• Support the Communications Lead with administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
