Job summary

Our company Oriental Kopi? Oriental Kopi International Sdn Bhd (Retail) is hiring for kitchen responsibilities including basic cooking methods, prep, storage, and safety. The role requires teamwork and ability to work weekends and shifts.

Candidate should have SPM/Diploma and at least 1 year in F&B, with attention to quality and fast-paced kitchen adaptability.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in related field.
• At least have 1 year experience in same job role in F&B industry.
• Good team player able to work independently.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
• Be able to follow directions from the Head chef and be consistent with the food preparation.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality dishes.
• Adaptability and the ability to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities
