Job summary

Oriental Coffee International Sdn Bhd (Retail) is seeking a kitchen assistant to master basic cooking methods, prep fresh ingredients daily, and maintain storage areas. You will follow the menu and SOP for your station and work under the Head Chef and Chef De Partie.

You must be able to work weekends and shifts, have at least SPM or a Diploma, and at least one year in F&B. Strong team spirit, food safety knowledge, and attention to detail are essential to deliver top-quality dishes in a

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in related field.
• At least have 1 year experience in same job role in F&B industry.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
• Be able to follow directions from the Head chef and be consistent with the food preparation.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality dishes.
• Adaptability and the ability to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment.
