Job summary

Naue Asia Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Commercial Sales Manager (m/f/d) to grow sales across Malaysia, Southeast Asia, East Asia and ANZ. The role may be Junior or Senior level, covering new business development, distributor management, quotations, negotiations and order conversion.

The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years (junior) or 7+ years (senior) in B2B sales, with strong communication and negotiation skills and willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of B2B sales for junior level; 7+ years for senior level.
• Degree or professional qualification in business, engineering, construction, international trade or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers, markets and business opportunities.
• Manage existing customers and key accounts to grow sales.
• Develop and maintain distributor relationships.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to order confirmation.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and close sales.

We are looking for a driven and hands‑on Commercial Sales Manager (m/f/d) to develop sales across Malaysia, Southeast Asia, East Asia and ANZ.

The position may be considered at Junior or Senior level, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills and capabilities. The role covers new business development, customer and distributor management, sales follow‑up, quotations, negotiations and order conversion.

What you’ll do

• Develop new customers, markets and business opportunities.
• Manage existing customers and key accounts to grow sales.
• Develop and maintain distributor relationships.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to order confirmation.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms, and close sales.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, orders and customer requirements.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer information in CRM.
• Monitor market trends, competitors and new business opportunities.
• Support sales targets, pricing, margin and sales forecasting.
• Coordinate with Presales, Technical, Operations, Finance and headquarters in Germany.
• Handle customer issues and ensure timely follow‑up and resolution.
• Support payment follow‑up and other sales administration when required.
• Travel within Malaysia and the region for customer and distributor meetings, when necessary.
• Support and guide junior sales colleagues where required.

What you bring

• Junior level: 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, commercial or a similar role.
• Senior level: 7+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably with regional, key account or project-based sales responsibility.
• Good knowledge of Malaysia and/or Southeast Asian markets.
• Strong sales, communication and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, target‑oriented and able to develop new business.
• Good customer relationship and follow‑up skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• Good understanding of quotations, pricing and commercial terms.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage several activities at the same time.
• Fluent in both Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia and the region.
• Experience in geosynthetics, construction, infrastructure, technical or industrial products.
• Existing network of customers, contractors, consultants or distributors.
• Degree or professional qualification in business, engineering, construction, international trade or a related field.
