Job summary

Dolphin Logistics Supply Chain Management (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Pricing Analyst to prepare quotations, review costs and margins, and maintain pricing records. You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations and Procurement to support pricing decisions and drive profitability.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Business/Finance, 2–7 years pricing or commercial experience, strong Excel skills, and excellent analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Experience in pricing, costing, commercial, sales support, or business analysis preferred.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Prepare customer quotations and pricing proposals.
• Review product/service costs, selling prices, discounts, and margins.
• Monitor market and competitor pricing and maintain price lists.
• Work with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Procurement teams.
• Provide pricing support and prepare regular pricing, sales and margin reports.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and adherence to company policies; identify profitability opportunities.

Job description

• Prepare customer quotations and pricing proposals.
• Review product/service costs, selling prices, discounts, and profit margins.
• Monitor market and competitor pricing.
• Maintain and update price lists and pricing records.
• Work closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Procurement teams.
• Provide pricing support to the Sales team.
• Prepare regular pricing, sales, and margin reports.
• Ensure pricing is accurate and follows company policies.
• Identify opportunities to improve pricing and profitability.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Mandarin speaking abilities to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers IS A MUST

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Executive: 2-4 years of relevant working experience.
• Senior Executive: 4-7 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in pricing, costing, commercial, sales support, or business analysis is preferred.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
