Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a Commercial Photographer & Videographer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting rigs, and stabilization equipment.
• Advanced editing skills with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, colour theory and visual storytelling.
• Experience shooting product and beauty-related content is highly desirable.
• Attention to detail to deliver pixel-perfect final products.

• Conceptualise and execute creative visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

• Edit and retouch images and video footage using industry-standard software to achieve polished, professional results.

• Create content formats including product shots, lifestyle imagery, social content and short-form videos.

About the role

NOIR Health & Beauty is seeking a talented Commercial Photographer & Videographer to join our creative team on a full-time basis in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for capturing compelling visual content that showcases our health and beauty products and services to our target audience. This position is integral to our marketing and brand development efforts, ensuring that every image and video we produce reflects the quality and essence of the NOIR Health & Beauty brand. You will work collaboratively with our marketing, product, and creative teams to bring our visual storytelling to life.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and produce high-quality commercial photography and videography for product launches, advertising campaigns and promotional materials
• Conceptualise and execute creative visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
• Manage all aspects of photography and videography production, including lighting, composition, equipment setup and post-production editing
• Edit and retouch images and video footage using industry-standard software to achieve polished, professional results
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and creative teams to understand project briefs and deliver content that meets or exceeds expectations
• Maintain and troubleshoot photography and videography equipment to ensure optimal performance
• Create a variety of content formats including product shots, lifestyle imagery, social media content and short-form videos
• Ensure all content is delivered on schedule whilst maintaining consistency with brand standards and quality expectations
• Stay current with photography and videography trends, techniques and technology within the health and beauty industry
• Manage digital asset organisation and maintain comprehensive libraries of photography and video files

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Commercial Photographer & Videographer with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality work in product photography, lifestyle imagery and video production
• Proficiency in photography and videography equipment, including DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, lighting rigs and stabilisation equipment
• Advanced skills in post-production software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro), Final Cut Pro or equivalent editing platforms
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, colour theory and visual storytelling principles
• Experience shooting product and beauty-related content is highly desirable
• Excellent eye for detail with the ability to deliver pixel-perfect, polished final products
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment and take direction from stakeholders
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting tight deadlines
• Knowledge of social media content requirements and best practices for different platforms
• Familiarity with health and beauty industry standards and aesthetic preferences is advantageous
