Job summary

Zeekr International seeks a qualified professional to manage end-to-end commercial contract activities for ASEAN markets. You will negotiate, draft, and track performance while coordinating with local partners and service providers to sustain strong partnerships.

The role requires experience in contract management, risk assessment, and fluent English and Mandarin for daily communications. Willingness to travel overseas is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Law, Business Admin, IT or related fields.

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage commercial contract negotiation, drafting, preliminary review and full-cycle performance follow-up to ensure contractual compliance and delivery.
2. Liaise with local partners and service providers, maintain commercial partnership and handle daily commercial affairs for cooperation.
3. Oversee the maintenance of commercial transaction ledgers, expense reconciliation, and filing & archiving of cooperation documents.
4. Identify and assess risks in commercial cooperation, optimize cooperation workflows, and improve the standardization of commercial operations.
5. Collect feedback from partners, align business requirements and deliver commercial insights to support business decision-making.

Job Requirements

1. Education Background Full-time bachelor’s degree or above. Preferred majors: Law, Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines.
2. Industry Experience Minimum 2 years of working experience in commercial management, contract management or vendor management. Prior experience in automotive overseas business or ASEAN market is preferred.
3. Professional Competencies Familiar with the full lifecycle of commercial contract drafting, review and performance tracking. Capable of identifying contractual risks, and experienced in expense reconciliation, ledger and document management.
4. Soft Skills & Language Proficiency Fluent English&Mandarin (written & verbal) for daily commercial negotiation and email communication. Strong commercial negotiation and cross-party communication skills, meticulous with strong risk awareness and closed-loop mindset. Willing to take overseas assignment or business travel.
5. Preferred Qualifications Familiar with ASEAN commercial regulations; experience in vendor relationship management; proficient in Microsoft Office and skilled in ledger & report creation.
