Global Switch in Johor Bahru seeks a Commercial Manager, Delivery to lead commercial and procurement activities for large-scale data centre projects. You will drive tendering, risk assessment, and cost control across multiple projects, ensuring profitability and compliance.

You will collaborate with project teams, monitor budgets, forecast cash flow, and optimize procurement strategies to protect margins and deliver value for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Quantity Surveying principles and cost planning.
• Experience in procurement for construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong contract management and risk assessment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all commercial and contractual aspects through tendering.
• Conduct risk assessments and price technical and commercial risks.
• Refine procurement strategies post-contract award to improve value.
• Track budgets, cash flow, and forecast cost to complete for all projects.
• Manage change control in line with company procedures.
