ZOM-IN in Malaysia is seeking a Collections - Revenue - Collection Coordinator to build reliable relationships with assigned customers and oversee repayment obligations. You will negotiate, provide clear debt information, and establish repayment schedules tailored to customer finances.

Qualifications

• Problem-solving and argumentation ability
• Negotiation skills to persuade customers to repay the debt
• Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role
• Customer-oriented and has good customer service skills
• Able to work under stress
• Good interpersonal skills
• Honest, pro-active, customer-oriented and detail-focused
• Meticulous and timeliness in meeting deadlines

Responsibilities
