Job summary

MHA Consultancy Services seeks a debt collection specialist in Malaysia to contact customers with outstanding debts using auto-dialer systems, negotiate payment arrangements, and update repayment status in the company system.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM; Diploma is an advantage.

• Familiarity with debt collection regulations and ethical practices.
