Job summary

Toll Group in Malaysia is seeking an Accounts Receivable professional to manage collections and cash flow across a portfolio of customer accounts. You will engage with customers via email and phone, negotiate payment terms, and support cash targets while coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Logistics teams.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely follow-ups, and analytical problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, collections, credit management, or finance operations.

Collections & Cash Management

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.
• Follow up with customers via email and phone to secure payments and resolve overdue balances.
• Negotiate payment commitments and monitor adherence to agreed payment plans.
• Support achievement of monthly cash collection and working capital targets.

Dispute Resolution

• Investigate customer disputes, deductions, and invoice discrepancies.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely dispute resolution.
• Monitor open disputes and drive closure within established timelines.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance teams to resolve customer issues.
• Escalate critical collection matters when necessary.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, Credit Management, or Finance Operations.
