Job summary

BLJ(MALAYSIA) Sdn Bhd is seeking a role responsible for QA, testing, and continuous improvement across production, development, market research, after-sales service, and instrument calibration. You will ensure stable batch control, lead development/testing activities, and coordinate external calibration of measuring instruments.

Education in chemistry-related disciplines is required, with engineers needing 5+ years in construction. English and Chinese proficiency are expected for this role.

Qualifications

• College degree or above in chemistry-related disciplines.
• Engineers: 5+ years in construction industry.
• Knowledge of coating testing equipment operation and sample preparation.
• Knowledge of coating formula design (for engineers).
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Stable control of product production batches.
• Development testing and collection of test information in development stage.
• Market research, testing and analysis of product information in the assigned market.
• Design of customer complaint handling schemes and related testing.
• Annual external calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments and records.
