Job summary

DPI Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks a QA/QC Section Head to lead quality assurance and quality control for aerosol paint manufacturing. You will oversee raw materials inspection, in‑process monitoring, final testing, and regulatory compliance to ensure products meet company standards and customer requirements.

Lead and train the QA/QC team, manage ISO 9001:2018 and SIRIM systems, conduct internal audits, drive CAPA actions, and collaborate with R&D, production, sales, and suppliers to resolve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years QA/QC experience in paint, coating, or aerosol manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 9001, regulatory compliance and quality management systems.
• Hands-on laboratory testing, product evaluation, and troubleshooting experience.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise QC activities across raw materials, in-process production, filling lines, and finished goods.
• Develop, implement, and monitor QA/QC testing procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure calibration and proper use of QC instruments and related lab equipment.
• Approve or reject materials and products based on tests and specs.
• Investigate NCRs and quality deviations; drive CAPA and corrective actions.
• Maintain ISO 9001:2018 and SIRIM aligned quality systems; prepare for audits.
