Job summary

• Hands-on CNC turning and milling experience.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Skilled in tool setup, changeover and first-piece verification.
• Familiar with measurement tools for in-process inspection.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork for production targets.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC milling/turning machines according to work orders and schedules.
• Set up milling/turning machines and changeover with approved programs.
• Install fixtures, clamp workpieces, and set datums and offsets.
• Perform first-piece machining and dimensional inspection before mass production.
• Monitor tool wear, cycle times, and quality; report issues to supervisor.
