Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience setting up and operating CNC production machinery in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of engineering drawings and precision measuring instruments.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 and AS9100D quality frameworks is highly preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting and basic machine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines accurately based on production schedules or requests; run production to hit output targets.
• Troubleshoot, perform basic repairs, and complete maintenance records.
• Ensure finished parts meet tight dimensional requirements per standards.
• Lead and guide production operators; coordinate with programming team for tooling and programs.
