Job summary

You will program, inspect parts, and work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure quality and efficiency. The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field and a minimum of 3 years’ CNC experience, with CAD/CAM proficiency and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of experience operating and programming CNC machines.
• Proficiency in CNC programming and CAD/CAM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to machine parts to specifications from engineering drawings.
• Write, modify, and optimize CNC programs to machine complex parts efficiently and accurately.
• Perform inspections and measurements of machined parts to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on CNC machines.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to CNC operations, tooling, and programs.
• Maintain accurate records of machining processes, inspections, maintenance, and programming changes.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to integrate CNC processes into production.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machining accuracy and efficiency.
